Mobile app development

MobileAppDevelopmentforFoundersWhoNeedtoLaunch,NotExperiment

Android and iOS from one codebase. Backend, dashboards, and app store submission included. We take apps from an idea to something real users have installed.

Usually replies within a few hours. No sales script, no obligation.

Most apps die between the idea and the store

The failure is rarely the code. It is everything around it.

The freelancer disappears at 70%. The build works on the developer's phone and crashes on a mid-range Android. Nobody planned the backend, so it folds at a hundred users. Apple rejects the submission three times for reasons nobody saw coming.

Getting an app onto a phone is a delivery problem before it is a technical one.

What we build

01

MVP apps

The smallest version real users can use, built so v2 is not a restart.

02

Marketplace apps

Listings, search, matching, chat and payments that have to work together.

03

Booking & service apps

Customers book, pay and track. Your team runs it from a web dashboard.

04

Healthcare & IoT apps

Connected to real devices and live data, where reliability beats animation.

05

Field & internal apps

Attendance, inspections, deliveries, stock — working on a bad signal or none.

06

Portals & loyalty apps

Order history, invoices, reward points, and push notifications that bring people back.

07

Backend & APIs

The part nobody sees and everything depends on. Built for load before it arrives.

08

App store submissionIncluded

Listings, screenshots, privacy declarations, review responses. Approved and published.

Who this is for

Founders and startups

You have validated the idea. Now it needs to exist.

  • Pre-seed and seed founders with no technical co-founder
  • Funded startups shipping faster than they can hire
  • Teams needing an engineering pod for a quarter

You usually need: a v1 on both stores quickly, a codebase you own, a team that keeps shipping after launch.

Established businesses

Your customers or your staff need an app, and hiring a mobile team is not worth it for one product.

  • Clinics, hospitals and healthcare providers
  • Rental, delivery, logistics and field-service businesses
  • Schools, institutes and training providers
  • Retail chains and franchises

You usually need: an app that works on low-end Android, a dashboard your team can run, someone to maintain it.

How we work

  1. 01

    We cut the scope down

Most app briefs contain three months of features nobody uses in month one. We say which ones.

  2. 02

    You get it in writing

Fixed features, order, dates, cost. Genuine uncertainty gets flagged, not buried in the estimate.

  3. 03

    Design first, you sign off

Clickable screens before production code. Changing a screen in design takes an hour, after build a week.

  4. 04

An installable build every two weeks

On your own phone. Not a screenshot, not a demo call — the actual app, in your hand.

  5. 05

We ship it to the stores

Listings, screenshots, privacy declarations, and the rejections. We deal with Apple and Google.

  6. 06

    We stay after launch

A support window, then optional maintenance. Week one is when the real bugs appear.

Cross-platform by default. Native when it earns it.

Most apps should be one codebase running on both Android and iOS. It costs less, ships sooner, and updates in one place instead of two. We build these in React Native or Flutter.

Native — Kotlin for Android, Swift for iOS — is the right call when the app leans on heavy device features: continuous background location, tight Bluetooth or hardware integration, serious on-device processing, or performance that has to be exact.

We will tell you which one your app needs on the first call, and why. If cross-platform works, we will not sell you two builds.

Three ways to work with us

Fixed-scope build

Best when v1 is clearly defined.

Agreed features, fixed timeline, milestone payments, both stores. Full cost known before we start.

Fits: MVPs, first versions, apps with a clear boundary.

Dedicated team

Best when the roadmap is still moving.

A monthly engineering pod on your product only. You set priorities, we ship every sprint.

Fits: funded startups, continuous development, post-launch iteration.

Build and maintain

Best when you have nobody internal to run it.

We launch it, then keep it alive — OS updates, store policy changes, bug fixes, monitoring.

Fits: businesses without an in-house mobile team.

Not sure which fits? Describe the app and we will recommend one — including when the answer is that you should not build an app yet.

Apps we have shipped

Healthcare

CareSync

Hospital devices were offline and patient data was stuck on individual machines. We built a cloud system that stores patient records securely and lets doctors access them from anywhere, with automated history reports and real-time analytics for doctors and nurses.

Lead generation

Jarvis

~50% faster

Their app slowed to a crawl as data volumes grew. We rebuilt the backend and improved speed by close to 50%, and rebuilt search and filtering so the core workflow stopped being the bottleneck.

EdTech

MyTutorMatch

An idea with no product. We built the platform where teachers list profiles and students find and connect with the right tutor.

Riqaba Innovation

Real-time patient monitoring, with device data streaming continuously to the people who need to act on it.

Why founders and businesses pick us

You own everything.

Source code, store accounts, backend, database — in your name from day one.

A build every two weeks.

Installed on your phone, not described on a call.

We handle the stores.

Listings, declarations, and the rejections. We have been through it many times.

Built for real Indian phones.

Mid-range Android, patchy networks, limited storage. We test on the devices your users own, not the newest iPhone.
