Your data, your process, your problem. We build AI that does a specific job inside your business — reading documents, answering customers, spotting patterns, handling the work nobody wants to do twice.

We will tell you if AI is the wrong tool for your problem. That happens often.

Everyone is selling AI. Almost nobody is asking what you need it for.

You have been pitched a chatbot. Maybe an “AI-powered” version of software you already own. None of it touched the thing that actually costs you time.

Meanwhile someone spends four hours a week copying numbers out of invoices. Someone else answers the same eleven questions every day.

Those are AI problems. A chatbot bolted onto your homepage is not.

What we build

AI is only worth doing when it removes a specific, repeated cost.

01

Document extractionMost requested

Invoices, forms, contracts, prescriptions, IDs — read, checked, pushed into your system.

02

AI agents

Software that completes a task end to end, instead of just returning text.

03

Support automation

Trained on your own documents and prices. Hands over to a human when it should.

04

Search your own documents

Ask in plain language, get an answer from your files with the source attached.

05

Predictive models

Forecast demand, spot customers about to leave, flag transactions worth reviewing.

06

Computer vision

Quality checks on a line, counting and tracking, reading meters and labels from photos.

07

Generative media

Custom image and video models for teams producing creative work at volume.

08

Workflow automation

Connecting systems and moving data, with AI only where judgement is genuinely needed.

What AI will not fix

We turn down AI projects regularly. Usually for one of these reasons.

You do not have the data yet.

Models learn from history. If your records are six months of inconsistent spreadsheets, the honest first project is fixing how data gets collected — and that is cheaper.

The process is broken, not slow.

Automating a bad process gives you a bad process running faster.

Existing software already does it.

A lot of what gets pitched as AI is a report, a rule, or a tool you already pay for.

The task cannot tolerate being wrong.

AI is right most of the time, not all of the time. Where an error is expensive, a human has to stay in the loop — and if that removes the saving, the project is not worth doing.

Who this is for

Businesses with a repeated manual cost

Something happens hundreds of times a month and a person does it by hand every time.

  • Finance and operations teams processing documents at volume
  • Support teams answering the same questions daily
  • Manufacturers and logistics with inspection or tracking work
  • Healthcare, legal and education organisations buried in paperwork

Where we start: the one task with the highest volume and the clearest right answer.

Startups building AI into the product

AI is part of what you are selling, and it has to actually work.

  • Founders building an AI-first product
  • Teams adding intelligent features to existing software
  • Companies needing ML engineering without hiring an ML team

Where we start: a prototype on your real data, so you learn what is achievable before building a roadmap on it.

How we work

AI projects fail when they start with a model instead of a task. We go the other way.

  1. 01

We find the task worth automating

A call about where time goes, not about technology. High volume, repetitive, clearly correct answer.

  2. 02

We check your data can support it

Before any promises. This step ends some projects, and it should.

  3. 03

We build a pilot on your real data

One task, real inputs, measured against how your team does it today. Weeks, not months.

  4. 04

You decide with a number in front of you

If it hits, we scope the full build. If not, you stop having spent very little.

  5. 05

We build it into your workflow

The model is the small part. It has to sit inside the tools your team already uses.

  6. 06

    We monitor it after launch

Models drift as your data changes. We track accuracy and retrain when it slips.

Three ways to work with us

Most AI projects should start with the first one.

Pilot projectStart here

Best when you are not yet sure AI is the answer.

One task, your real data, fixed short timeline, fixed cost. You get measured accuracy and an honest recommendation — including a recommendation to stop.

Fits: almost every first AI project.

Fixed-scope build

Best when the task and the data are understood.

Defined scope, fixed timeline, milestone payments, delivered into your existing systems.

Fits: a proven pilot moving into production.

Dedicated team

Best when AI is part of the product itself.

A monthly pod on your product — models, data pipelines, and the software around them.

Fits: AI-first startups and ongoing ML development.

Not sure where to start? Describe the task that eats the most time. We will tell you whether it is an AI problem, a software problem, or neither.

What we build with

We use whichever model fits the task and the budget — Claude, GPT, Gemini, and open models like Llama and Mistral where running it yourself matters. Python, PyTorch and scikit-learn for custom models. Vector databases for search over your own documents. Deployed on AWS, or on your own servers when the data cannot leave.

We are not tied to one vendor. Model pricing and capability change every few months, and being locked to a single provider costs you money and options.

Your data stays yours

We do not train public models on your data.

It is used to build your system and nothing else.

We can run it on your infrastructure.

If the data cannot leave your servers, we build it to run where you need it — including fully offline.

You own the model and the pipeline.

Code, training setup, deployment. You are not renting access to something we control.

We sign whatever you need first.

NDA before the detailed conversation, data processing agreements, access limited to the people building it.

Why businesses work with us on AI

We build software, not just models.

A model that is not wired into your team's tools does nothing.

We start small on purpose.

A pilot on your real data before a full build.

We tell you when the answer is no.

Saying so early is cheaper than discovering it in month four.

You own all of it.

Code, models, pipelines, infrastructure. Nothing locked to us.

Where we work

AI development company in Delhi NCR

We are based in New Delhi and work with businesses across Delhi, Noida, Gurugram and Ghaziabad, alongside clients elsewhere in India and abroad.

For AI projects especially, the first conversation goes better in person — an hour watching how the work is done today usually reveals the automation worth building. If you are in NCR, we will come to you.

Frequently asked questions

Most projects start with a small fixed-cost pilot on one task, which is a fraction of a full build. If the pilot works, we quote the production system with a fixed scope and timeline. Starting small means you are not committing a large budget to an unproven outcome.
