ManagedITforTeamsGrowingFasterThanTheir IT

Accounts, laptops, email, Workspace, Teams and the helpdesk your staff message when something breaks — run properly by us, with the super-admin account staying in your name.

Under about fifteen people you probably do not need us yet. We will tell you if that is you.

IT is invisible until it isn't, and then it is everyone's problem.

Nobody plans to have an IT setup. It accumulates.

A founder created the first Workspace account. A developer set up the Wi-Fi. Somebody's cousin sold you the laptops. Licences were added one at a time and never reviewed. The domain is registered to an agency you stopped working with in 2023.

It holds together at twenty people. At sixty, a single blocked login costs a day of somebody's work and there is nobody whose job it is to fix it.

What we run for you

01

Google Workspace

Users, groups, shared drives, permissions and the settings nobody has looked at since setup.

02

Microsoft 365 & Teams

Licences, mailboxes, Teams channels and SharePoint — including migrating between Microsoft and Google.

03

Email, domains & deliverability

SPF, DKIM and DMARC set correctly, so your invoices stop landing in customers' spam folders.

04

Laptops & device management

Enrolled, encrypted, updated and wipeable remotely. One list of who has what, kept current.

05

Accounts, access & offboarding

Joining on day one, leaving on the last day — every account, on every tool, actually closed.

06

Office network & Wi-Fi

Routers, access points, guest networks and the meeting room that keeps dropping calls.

07

Backup for Workspace & 365

Google and Microsoft do not back your data up for you. A deleted shared drive is gone. We fix that.

08

Security & licence review

Two-factor everywhere, phishing protection, and a quarterly check that you are not paying for empty seats.

09

Helpdesk for your staffIncluded

One number your whole team can message. Most things fixed remotely inside the hour.

Servers, deployments and the infrastructure your product runs on are a different job — that is cloud services.

What breaks when someone leaves

The most common IT disaster in an Indian company is not a hack. It is a departure. Six things we find on almost every takeover — and if you recognise three of them, that is the normal starting point, not a reason to be embarrassed.

Accounts that were never actually closed.

The email was suspended. The CRM, the design tool and the shared folder were not.

Company files owned by a personal account.

Years of work sitting in a Drive that belongs to somebody who does not work here.

The domain is in a former vendor's name.

Discovered on the day it needs renewing, or the day you want to move away from them.

Super-admin with someone who left.

One resignation away from nobody in the company being able to add a user.

Licences billed for people who left.

Seats keep renewing quietly. It is usually the first saving we find, and it funds the audit.

The laptop never came back.

Unencrypted, still signed in, and not on any list because no list exists.

Who this is for

Two kinds of buyer, two different problems. Find the column that sounds like you.

Scaling startupsMost of our work

You went from twenty people to sixty, and IT is still somebody's second job.

  • Funded startups hiring faster than anyone can onboard
  • Founders still personally resetting people's passwords
  • Teams going remote or hybrid with laptops in four cities

Usually starts with: getting onboarding and offboarding working before the next hiring wave.

Established businesses

You have an IT vendor, but nobody can say what you are paying for or who holds the passwords.

  • Companies whose IT person has just resigned
  • Businesses with two or three offices and no shared setup
  • Firms facing an audit, a client security review or ISO
  • Anyone whose domain is registered to a former vendor

Usually starts with: finding out what you own, what it costs, and who currently controls it.

How we work

  1. 01

We list what you actually own

Every account, device, licence, domain and subscription. Usually the first time anyone has written it down.

  2. 02

We recover control of the keys

Domain, super-admin, billing and DNS moved into your company's name before anything else changes.

  3. 03

We fix what is dangerous or wasteful

Ex-employees still logged in, two-factor off, seats billed for people who left. Days of work, immediate effect.

  4. 04

One number your whole team can message when something breaks

Not a portal nobody logs into. WhatsApp or email, a real person, and a record of every request.

  5. 05

We make joining and leaving routine

A checklist that runs the same way every time, so nothing depends on one person remembering.

  6. 06

    We review it every quarter

Licences, security settings, device age and spend — in a short report a non-technical director can read.

Under about fifteen people, you do not need us.

A small team on Google Workspace with two-factor switched on and a habit of buying the same laptop each time is genuinely fine. An hour a month from whoever is most patient with computers will cover it, and paying a partner adds cost without removing a problem you have.

It changes when nobody can name every account you own, or when one person being locked out costs a day of billable work.

Three ways to work with us

Setup or takeover project

Best when nobody knows what you currently own.

A fixed-price audit and cleanup: everything listed, control recovered, the dangerous things fixed, and written down.

Fits: leaving a vendor, an IT person resigning, a security review.

Monthly AMCRecommended

Best when IT is nobody's actual job.

Everything on this page, run remotely, priced per user per month. Helpdesk, onboarding, offboarding and a quarterly review included.

Fits: fifteen to a few hundred people, one office or several.

Dedicated onsite engineer

Best when you want someone in the building.

A full-time or part-week engineer sitting with your team, backed by ours — so leave is covered and there is always someone senior to escalate to.

Fits: larger offices, multiple sites, hardware-heavy operations.

Not sure which fits? Tell us your headcount and what broke most recently. We will tell you which of the three you need — including when the answer is none of them.

What “we'll look at it” actually means

Every IT vendor promises fast support. These are the windows we commit to in writing, and the ones we report against every quarter.

The whole team is blocked
Within 1 hour
Email down, internet down, a shared system unreachable.
One person is blocked
Within 4 hours
Locked out, laptop will not start, no access to a file they need now.
Everything else
Same working day
New accounts, software requests, permissions, questions.
A new joiner
Ready on day one
Given two working days' notice: accounts, laptop, access, all set up.

Business hours 9am–7pm IST, Monday to Saturday. Critical issues outside those hours by arrangement.

You keep the keys

The super-admin account is yours.

It sits with your founder or director. We work under a delegated admin you can remove in a minute.

The domain is registered to you.

If it currently is not, recovering it is the first thing we do — before anything else changes.

Licences are billed at cost.

Workspace, Microsoft and hardware invoiced to you with the original attached. We do not take a margin on what you buy.

Leaving costs you nothing.

Documentation, asset register and passwords handed over. Nothing switches off because we stopped.

Why companies move their IT to us

You keep the keys.

Super-admin, domain and billing in your name, always.

Response times in writing.

One hour, four hours, same day — and reported against quarterly.

Everything is written down.

An asset register and runbook, so nothing lives in one person's head.

We are engineers, not resellers.

We build software too, so we can fix the systems as well as the accounts.

Frequently asked questions

Most managed IT work is priced per user per month, so the cost scales with headcount rather than with how much breaks. Setup or takeover projects are quoted fixed-price separately. A dedicated onsite engineer is priced per person per month. We quote after seeing how many people, devices and offices are involved.
